This video is descriptive of a program that has been in place in Jefferson County, Colorado for the past few years to assist the County court judges and the people involved in permanent protection order (formerly restraining order) hearings. It should be noted that the acronym ROCSC stands for Restraining Order Conditions Shuttle Conferences.
