Since we have not been able to agree to a final sale contract by the prescribed resolution date and there are some outstanding issues to resolve I hereby initiate the mediation clause in the contract so that we may both move forward in the most constructive manner. Utilizing mediation will allow us both to sit down with a neutral third party and with their assistance work through any outstanding differences we may have including earnest money. The mediator is not charged with judging the case or making a decision for us but rather facilitates the process by which we talk about these issues. The mediator does not represent either of us or take sides and the professional fee is shared between us. The mediation process is confidential.
